Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or could damage our reputation.

Bookings & reservations

Table reservations are made through our booking partner, ResDiary. A confirmed booking is a request for a table at the stated date, time and party size. We will always do our best to honour your reservation, but we reserve the right to amend or cancel a booking where necessary — for example due to circumstances beyond our control. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by calling us on 01296 926683.

Menus, pricing & allergens

Menus, dishes and prices shown on this website are for guidance and may change. Seasonal items and availability vary. While we take allergen information seriously, our kitchen handles many ingredients and we cannot guarantee a dish is free from any particular allergen — please speak to a member of our team about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering.

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Opuz Aylesbury and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Liability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and the site available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
